A limited number of half-price places are available to NAG Members who work in public libraries. Please email us up to 250 words explaining why you would benefit from this conference and we will confirm your eligibility then complete this form as normal and check the box for half price places to support public libraries below.

MONDAY'S RECEPTION DRINKS & GALA DINNER - available to day delegates at an additional cost of £50 + VAT (Non-members £65 + VAT)
If you require a further night's stay either before or after the Conference, you will have to book this directly with the hotel (http://www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/united-kingdom/hilton-leeds-city-LEEHNHN/index.html) but please ensure that you make it clear that you are attending NAG Conference, so that your room can be matched with our booking. It would be very helpful if you could inform us if you are doing this, so that we can check that the hotel has all the relevant information.
We regret that NAG cannot give refunds within 28 days of the event, as we will already have incurred full costs. However, if you find you cannot attend, we will gladly welcome another delegate in your place.
If you have not had a confirmation email from the office within 3 days of making your booking, please email us as this means we have NOT received your booking form.
