With the pressure on to make savings, improving backroom efficiency while continuing to improve the customer experience is more pertinent than ever before. Working with neighbouring authorities is not new, and indeed a number of library services have been sharing some of their bibliographical and wider functions for a number of years with great success.

The cost was £125 for NAG members, £175 for non-members (a reduction on last year’s prices!)
